JOHN C. BEITER is an entertainment attorney practicing in the music and related

have included recording artists, songwriters, record companies, music publishers and
various parties involved in the music industry, such as SESAC, Inc., one of the domestic
musical performing rights organizations, and the International Entertainment Buyers
