BETSY SIGGINS has been involved with Folk Music since 1958 when she and Joan Baez became roommates at Boston University. She worked first at Club 47, then with Ralph Rinzler at the Smithsonian, road trips with Mike Seeger, many years supporting the Newport Folk Festival and 11 years as ED at Passim. She is currently the founder and chair of FOLK New England, a growing collection of photos, reel to reels, personal letters, ephemera, CDs and educational workshops in public schools. She was the folk historian for the documentary For the Love of the Music. (Wednesday 12:00 PM)
